Depending on the care given, a bouquet of flowers can be kept for 5 to 10 days. Depending on the type of flowers chosen, its duration can even reach 15 or 21 days. Upon delivery, an informative card is given to explain the care to be used for the conservation of the bouquet.
Is it possible to have it delivered to a company, a hotel, a hospital?
Of course ! We just need the name and address of the facility, as well as the specific contact details of the person.
Is it possible to include a message for the recipient?
Yes, it is possible to specify your message over the phone with our florist, or by completing our contact form.
Will I receive a delivery confirmation when the bouquet is delivered?
Confirmation by sms can be sent to you upon delivery of your order. For this, you will need to mention it precisely and give us your telephone number. Your number will not be kept after sending the delivery sms.
Is it possible to send anonymous?
Yes it’s possible. You just have to specify it explicitly when ordering or to our florist in store. Please be aware, however, that in these situations the person may refuse the flowers or the gift.
