How long does a delivered bouquet of flowers last?
Depending on the care given, a bouquet of flowers can be kept from 5 to 10 days. Depending on the type of flowers chosen, its duration can even reach 15 or 21 days. At the time of delivery, an informative card is given to explain the best way to preserve the bouquet.
Is it possible to deliver to a company, a hotel, a hospital?
Of course! All we need is the name and address of the facility, as well as the person’s specific contact information.
Is it possible to include a message for the recipient?
Yes, it is possible to specify your message on the phone to our florist, or by completing our contact form.
Will I receive a delivery confirmation when the bouquet is delivered?
A confirmation by sms can be sent to you at the delivery of your order. It will be necessary to mention it precisely and to communicate us your telephone number. Your number will not be kept after the delivery sms is sent.
Is it possible to make an anonymous shipment?
Yes, it is possible. Just specify it explicitly when you order or to our florist in store. Be aware, however, that in these situations the person may refuse the flowers or gift. If this is the case, we will notify you according to the contact information provided and no refund will be possible.
