The company FLEURS TENTATION, which is the owner of the site https://bouticafleurs.be,undertakes to ensure that the processing of personal data carried out on the site https://bouticafleurs.be comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in effect and the law of July 30, 2018 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

1.2 Purpose of the data collected

FLEURS TENTATION may process all or part of the data:

As soon as FLEURS TENTATION is aware of the death of a User and in the absence of instructions from him, FLEURS TENTATION undertakes to destroy his data, unless their storage proves necessary for probative purposes or to meet a legal obligation.

The User’s Personal Data may be processed by FLEURS TENTATION subsidiaries and subcontractors (service providers), exclusively in order to achieve the purposes of this policy.
